IN HOUSING NEED?

All our six properties are tenanted at present, and we do not anticipate any accommodation becoming free in the short-term. When vacancies do occur, we expect to use the Keychoice bidding system.  Keychoice is administered by Together Housing, a housing association. (We do not have our own waiting list).

If you are in housing need, we would strongly encourage you to register your interest as soon as possible with Keychoice making sure they are aware of any medical or other criteria affecting your need for housing.

Maintenance

For any maintenance issues please call our partner Connect Housing on 0300 5000 600 (open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm; Weds start at 10.30am). This is also the 24 hour emergency number.

GARDENING AT BIRKS COURT

For gardening queries, Birks Court residents should talk direct to the CLT on 07942 361205. (This will be routed through to our manager or a volunteer trustee).

Tenant Satisfaction Report

In February 2024 we surveyed our residents to see how they felt about their homes and the way we managed them. The results can be found here.

Complaints

As an ethical housing provider, we aim to provide both quality accommodation and excellent tenant support.

However, as is the case with all Registered Providers (RPs) of social housing, we have a policy in place for handling issues or complaints which tenants may wish to raise with us as their landlord.

Again as is standard for all RPs, we are a member of the Housing Ombudsman scheme , to whom tenants can refer any complaints against us which we are unable to resolve to their satisfaction.
